Alena Chaban is one of the founding partners of Chaban Law Group. She focuses her practice on family law, as well as estate planning.

Alena is a true Floridian, being born and raised in Florida. She received her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida (go knights!). During her time there, she was a member of the trial team, as well as a member of the golden key honor society. She then earned her juris doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law. At Barry, she earned seven book awards and was a member of the moot court team.

Alena also served as a research assistant and as the editor-in-chief of Barry Law Review. She was inducted into the National Order of Scribes, an honorary society for legal writing and graduated magna cum laude in the top 5% of her class.

Matthew Chaban is one of the founding partners of Chaban Law Group.

Attorney Matthew Chaban, is a Florida native, and attended high school at Forest Lake Academy in Apopka, FL. After finishing high school Matthew went on to study Political Science at the University of Central Florida. Matthew’s parents, Dr. Carlos Chaban and Leonor Chaban, have lived in Florida for decades.

After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Matthew attended Barry University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor degree. While at Barry law school he became collaboratively certified in family law, while attending its collaborative family law clinic.

Attorney Matthew Chaban is a member of the Florida Bar and fully bilingual in Spanish and English. He focuses his practice in personal injury cases, criminal cases, and family law. Attorney Chaban is passionate about the law and always eager to take on even the most challenging cases.

Matthew enjoys playing golf in his spare time and spending time with his wife and growing family.
